If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are pleased to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Return Rules & Requirements

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are not included and must be borne by the customer.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags attached and original packaging (if applicable).
Cloth face mask coverings and items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
SportPort Active Shop reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise meets the saleable condition requirements.
